Job description
If you want to work in a young environment and learn a trade in a 4-star hotel, this offer is for you. We will teach you the service of a restaurant with a la carte, buffet and gastronomic menu. Duties Under the supervision of the waiter or experienced head waiter, we are looking for people with vocation to work as ASSISTANT WAITER:
* Responsible for the reception of goods and equipment for the dining room.
* Organisation and tidiness in fridges and storerooms.
* Use of beer puller and coffee machine.
* Setting up events and groups.
* Follow-up of the HACCP system.
* Cleaning of the room and utensils, waste management according to established protocols.
* Cleaning and organisation of material with dishwasher hood.
