A leading general customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Benalmádena, Spain and is hiring for the role of Customer Advisor. You will support eCommerce customers with orders, enquiries and complaints. As a Dutch-speaking specialist you will be the friendly, professional voice of the company for its customers, handling contacts by phone, email and live chat. What you will do
* Handle incoming customer contacts in Dutch by phone, email and live chat
* Understand each customer's need and give accurate, complete answers using the right tools
* Build trust through clear, friendly and professional communication
* Document every interaction accurately in the company's systems
* Contribute to your team's quality, productivity and customer-satisfaction targets What we are looking for
* Native or fluent Dutch (C1+) and good English (B2+),



spoken and written
* Excellent communication and active-listening skills
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while documenting every interaction accurately

What we offer

Salary:
€19,200 gross per year
* Performance bonus of up to €1,800 gross per year Relocation support
