Responsibilities Business requirements gathering and analysis BPMN/UML process modelling and documentation Functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation UAT support and quality assurance activities UI/UX mock-ups and functional design collaboration Coordination between business and technical teams Required Skills Extensive Business Analysis experience BPMN, UML and requirements engineering methodologies Agile/Scrum environments JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Visio or similar tools Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Good understanding of software development and system integration.
