What You'll Do
✔ Identify and engage prospective business clients through inbound and outbound activities ✔ Generate new business opportunities through phone outreach, email campaigns, networking, and social selling ✔ Understand client needs and recommend tailored AI-powered advertising solutions ✔ Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing ✔ Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline ✔ Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs ✔ Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM platforms ✔ Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a smooth client experience ✔ Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions What We're Looking For Required ✅ Native or C1-level German ✅ English level B2 or higher ✅ Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, account management,



or related commercial roles ✅ Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling ✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills ✅ Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms ✅ Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently ✅ Strong organizational and time-management skills Preferred ⭐ Experience within digital marketing, online advertising, PPC, SEO, or AdTech ⭐ Understanding of AI, SaaS, or technology-driven solutions ⭐ Consultative sales experience ⭐ Experience engaging with decision-makers and business stakeholders
