Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients on behalf of Booking.com via phone, email, and chat.

Handle inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, payments, and general service issues efficiently and professionally.

Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for quality assurance and process improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to provide effective solutions and enhance service quality.

Stay up-to-date with Booking.com products, policies,



and industry trends to deliver informed assistance.

Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.

No experience needed, but willingness to learn!

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.

Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.

Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with support provided.

Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
