Overview

In this role you will drive the Process Engineering Innovation portfolio for AMZL, delivering data-driven improvements and governance to reduce risk and boost efficiency. You will collaborate across Product, Tech, Operations, and senior leadership to turn complex needs into scalable solutions. Expect high-visibility, cross-functional engagement and a focus on metrics, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment. You will influence without authority to shape the roadmap and institutionalize effective processes across general teams.

Responsabilidades

- Handle a high volume of requests, engagements and interactions in a fast-paced environment
- Track existing and set up new metrics to validate vendor and team performance
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans with cross-functional stakeholders
- Report on performance in weekly and monthly forums with partner teams and senior leadership
- Set measurable targets aligned with organizational goals




- Comprehend technical requirements of internal customers and become an expert in the field

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Math, Engineering, Science or Business
- Experience in Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related work
- Experience carrying new design concepts through exploration, development, and deployment or mass production
- Experience in capital project management involving ownership/management of engineering design projects
- Experience using business or technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, or CAD software
