Overview

As Fund Operations Manager, you will oversee back-office activities for our US venture funds, ensuring precise and timely financial processes. You will coordinate with fund administrators, manage capital calls, distributions, and NAV reporting, and support audits and tax filings. Your role ensures compliance with fund agreements and accurate cap table management, working with cross-functional teams. This position offers a chance to shape fund operations at a integral innovation platform and contribute to scalable, compliant investment processes.

Responsabilidades

- Serve as the primary ops point of contact for the US fund administrator, ensuring SLAs, accuracy, and deadlines
- Coordinate capital calls, LP drawdowns, and distributions with internal teams, LPs, banks, and the fund administrator
- Review quarterly/annual financial statements and NAV calculations from the fund admin for compliance with fund agreements
- Track LPAs, side letters, and related agreements to identify reporting and notice obligations
- Facilitate annual audits and K-1 tax preparation by coordinating with auditors, tax advisors, Legal,



and the fund administrator
- Assist deal teams with tracking cash movements, portfolio company valuations, and reconciling cap table data
- Monitor fund bank balances, wire instructions, and management fee calculations

Requisitos principales
- 3–6 years in venture capital/private equity finance or legal operations
- Familiarity with US VC fund structures (LP/GP models, capital calls, waterfalls, K-1 workflows)
- Ability to read and translate legal agreements (LPAs, side letters, subscriptions) into operational deliverables
- Business fluency in English (spoken and written)
- High proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and fund administration software
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and comfort with remote work
