We are seeking for Accounting & Reporting Manager to lead our financial reporting team. You will act as the key driver for bridging operational accounting with group-level reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in IFRS and Local GAAP. The group is using M3 (Infor) as ERP and Oracle FCCS reporting tools. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare, deliver or supervise accounting reporting packages to consolidation team under IFRS in respect of the Global reporting calendar. Review and validate local statutory accounts with the support of local accountants. Review, valid reconciliations of accounts and valid difference between Local GAAP and IFRS variations. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end by providing some specific entries under IFRS or local GAAP.
# Process adherence, data quality, and controls: Promote adherence to integral standard operating procedures (SOPs) and finance process standards. Support internal control to ensure full compliance based on the internal control framework, including appropriate segregation of duties and evidence of controls. Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of accounting and reporting professionals (GL, AR, AP). Liaise with other teams to ensure alignment, consistent way of working and efficient communication (Shared Services, controlling, Consolidation, tax, Treasury…).

Education Master or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,



Business Administration (or equivalent practical experience). Experience Solid understanding of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, close). Strong knowledge of IFRS (IFRS16, Deferred Tax,…) Experience as leader/Manager of a team. Accounting and process expertise:Strong ability to connect finance process.
Ability to isolate whether issues are process, master data, access/role, system related, organization and propose solution.
Clear, patient communicator, able to train and guide colleagues (internal or external) with different skill levels.
Works effectively across Finance, IT and other departments.
Fluent in English, additional local language(s) are an advantage. Limited travel may be required for training or project workshops.
