We have high expectations for performance and delivering results; In this role, you will partner closely with business systems leadership to define and execute enterprise architecture initiatives, and will be accountable for the overall coherence, stability, and extensibility of the systems that support marketing, sales, and quote-to-cash. Salesforce is the center of that landscape, but the scope of this role extends across the full GTM stack, including deciding which workflows should be built on Salesforce, and which should not. Success in this role means enabling a high-performing, scalable GTM technology ecosystem that measurably improves sales effectiveness through faster quoting, better data quality, streamlined processes, and reduced manual workarounds. The ideal candidate will establish a stable, well-documented architecture foundation that supports future growth while mentoring administrators and developers to deliver higher-quality solutions more efficiently. They will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on roadmap planning, prioritization, and change management, ensuring technology decisions align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. This position is open to remote candidates within the United States with up to 10% travel as needed. Architecture & Design Define and maintain the technical architecture vision for GTM systems, spanning Salesforce and the surrounding ecosystem of GTM tooling Identify and close architectural gaps that create fragility, redundancy,



or silos, and represent those constraints in planning discussions Own the data architecture that supports smarter selling, designing how customer, product, and usage data moves between systems and reaches the teams that rely on it Engage directly with the teams using GTM systems day to day to understand where friction exists and where architecture decisions are falling short in practice Lead design and hands-on development on the highest-complexity initiatives, including integrations, data architecture, custom solutions, and new tool implementations Work as part of an agile unit, contributing to the backlog and shipping in sprints alongside the team Partner with the architecture team to align architectural decisions within their respective domains with the broader enterprise vision 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications and GTM systems architecture, including ownership of Salesforce architecture strategy across multiple clouds and integrated platforms ~ Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and quote-to-cash processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions ~ Data architecture and integration experience, including data modeling, governance, and enterprise system interoperability ~ Proven ability to define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, provide technical leadership and mentorship, and guide development best practices across teams ~ Exceptional project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of leading complex initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes ~ Salesforce Certifications Salesforce certifications, high-growth environment experience, and large-scale platform migration expertise A robust benefits package including health coverage, retirement savings with company match, paid time off, parental leave, wellbeing resources, education support, and MORE
