Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the digitalization efforts for the Innovate to Sell uamp; Order to Pay domains, aligning with group digitization goals.

You will coach Product Owners, shape the domain product portfolio, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful digital solutions.

You'll define UX standards, manage data quality, and evaluate AI-enabled opportunities to boost business value.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership position at a family-owned integral player focused on IoT and AI-enabled growth.

Compensaciones / Beneficios • Develop and implement the digitalization strategy for Innovate to Sell u Order to Pay aligned with group and hub priorities • Lead and develop Product Owners, establishing standards and ensuring consistent product management practices • Ensure strategic alignment of digital products with business objectives and portfolio value • Own the domain product portfolio lifecycle from ideation to sunset • Create an integrated domain road map considering hub and group strategies • Identify and evaluate new digital and AI opportunities within the value streams • Oversee portfolio governance with KPIs,
