Experteer Overview In this role you lead engineering, facilities, utilities and capital projects across the sterile manufacturing network to ensure compliant, reliable, and cost-efficient operations.

You will drive safety, quality, and Lean/digital initiatives to optimize asset performance and capital use.

You partner withQuality, Manufacturing and Projects to uplift plant performance and sustain audit readiness.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on people development and cross-site collaboration.

Compensaciones / Ventajas • Lead engineering, facilities, utilities and capital project activities across all sterile manufacturing locations • Prioritize quality and safety across engineering activities for internal and external collaborators • Drive Lean/Operational Excellence and digital transformation to optimize asset performance (e.g., OEE) and expenses • Ensure GMP, regulatory, safety and environmental compliance • Standardize engineering practices, utilities and technical standards across sites • Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets and optimize resource use • Lead capacity expansion, plant upgrades,



automation and operational improvements • Maintain audit readiness and support regulatory inspections • Partner with Quality, Manufacturing and Projects to improve plant performance • Mentor and develop engineering teams through coaching, training and succession planning • Develop a strong network of Engineering leaders across sites through career development and rotation Responsabilidades • Deep knowledge of sterile pharmaceutical facilities, utilities, engineering systems and project management • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and strategic planning capabilities • Knowledge of sterile pharmaceutical technologies including isolator filling lines, device assembly lines and plant management best practices • Bachelor of Science and Engineering with specialization in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or related field • Experience in people and process management within the pharmaceutical industry • Significant experience in injectables manufacturing environments Requisitos principales • competitive salaries • benefits package • inclusive environment • career development opportunities
