, you take on a strategic leadership role during this interim period, responsible for the overall vision and execution of the organization's paid search strategy. You will lead a global team of professionals, drive innovation, and coordinate work processes across different countries to define the global scope of GPM.

Lead a high-performing team, taking full responsibility for their professional growth, career development progress, and overall team management.

Oversee the development of complex Paid Search Plans for various clients and manage high-level relationships with principal Paid Advertising providers.

Complex Campaign Optimization

Spearhead the strategy and technical oversight for complex campaign optimization to ensure peak performance.

- Reporting:

Lead the creation and monitoring of general reporting structures to ensure measurement connects directly with client business KPIs.

Business Growth &

- Proposals:
