Opportunity: HR Director Sector: Data Centres | Mission-critical An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Director to establish and lead the people function across a growing organisation delivering major digital infrastructure and engineering projects. Lead HR strategy and organisational development initiatives. Support workforce planning and business growth across multiple functions.

Drive recruitment and talent acquisition activities. Develop compensation, benefits and performance management frameworks. Ensure HR compliance, governance and best practices. Partner closely with executive leadership and senior stakeholders.

Significant experience in a senior HR leadership position. Strong background in talent acquisition, organisational development and employee engagement. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Fluent
