Your Tasks
- Manage the monthly payroll process from an HR perspective by collecting, consolidating and validating payroll inputs, reviewing calculations and payslips, coordinating corrections, and maintaining calendars, cut-offs and reconciliations.
- Coordinate end-to-end personnel administration, including hires, contracts, amendments, certificates, working-time changes, terminations, final settlements, exits and complete, audit-ready employee files.
- Administer working time, schedules, shifts, overtime, absences, leaves, balances and compensatory time, ensuring the correct payroll impact and escalating cases that require complex employment-law interpretation.
- Maintain accurate and consistent master data in payroll-provider records and internal files, while supporting digital workflows, controls and operational HR reporting.
- Act as the daily operational interface with the external payroll and labor-advisory provider, monitoring deadlines, issues, pending actions, service quality, registrations, changes, exits and approval evidence.
- Operationally administer benefits and prepare recurrent reports on payroll, headcount, movements, absence, time and data quality, while documenting processes and driving standardization, automation and continuous improvement.
