Requisitos principalesMinimum 2 years of professional HR experience

Experience in at least one relevant HR area or role

Bachelor's or Master's degree with demonstrated HRIS acumen

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and share knowledge

Ability to work with diverse stakeholders

Fluent in Spanish and English proactive curious people-oriented ownership collaboration
