In this Production Manager role within the Rainbow Six Siege team at Ubisoft Barcelona, you drive the delivery of game features by implementing efficient processes, schedules, and budgets. You lead an Agile, multidisciplinary team, shape roadmaps, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while fostering a healthy, inclusive team culture. Responsabilidades
- Take ownership of a development area and translate vision into deliverables
- Bridge stakeholders and team to ensure clear understanding of priorities
- Report progress, foresee risks, resolve dependencies, and support the team within budgets and schedules
- Identify obstacles and refine pipelines to streamline workflows
- Maintain alignment between development teams, partners, and organizational goals




- Lead an Agile multidisciplinary high-performing team
- Negotiate scope and deliver seasons on time, within quality and budget
- Define mandate priorities and KPIs with stakeholders
- Create schedules and roadmaps
- Manage risk and ensure clear communication and visibility with stakeholders
- Foster an inclusive team culture with constructive feedback and lean processes
- Participate in hiring and development of team members
