Overview

In this role you drive end-to-end supply chain projects for the PBEx Market, focusing on cost, quality and on-time delivery. You collaborate with local, project and integral teams to deploy the Core Model and deliver scalable, best-in-class solutions. You will implement agile project practices, monitor value realization, and provide transparent progress reporting. Your work supports cross-functional transformation and continuous improvement in a multinational, patient-centric organization.

Responsabilidades
- Deploy SC projects for PBEx Market with focus on cost, quality and on-time execution
- Lead cross-functional transformation projects and ensure quality controls throughout
- Coordinate project implementation with Local, Project teams and Global resources
- Maintain transparent progress reporting and ensure tasks meet time and budget constraints
- Drive continuous value tracking and escalate risks as needed
- Collaborate on core model design with Supply Chain experts
- Roll out Sanofi Core Model per Best in Class standards
- Represent SC BPO in project teams and at CoE




- Pursue scalable Business Excellence deployments and simplification
- Apply risk-taking and DAI concepts; implement AGILE project management practices
- Use post-mortem feedback to foster continuous improvement

Requisitos principales
- 1+ year hands-on experience in Supply Chain and Industrial operations with focus on Project and Customer Care initiatives
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional transformation projects and stakeholder alignment
- Ability to thrive in multicultural, international environments and global collaboration
- Comfort navigating uncertain, complex, dynamic contexts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with end-to-end supply chain concepts and process understanding
- Ability to work effectively in matrix, multi-cultural, global organizations
