Overview

In this Senior Field Operations Partner role, you’ll enable regional sales leaders to convert strategy into action, ensuring robust cadence, forecasting, and CRM hygiene across France and South EMEA. You will act as the operational bridge for cross-regional initiatives, driving consistent processes and scalable execution. You’ll partner with RevOps and sales leadership to remove blockers and enhance data-driven performance. This is a stakeholder-facing role with a clear impact on forecast accuracy and regional governance.

Responsabilidades
- Provide dedicated operational guidance to RVPs for France and South EMEA, translating regional priorities into actionable plans
- Own and manage weekly commercial cadence, pipeline reviews, forecasting routines, and performance checkpoints
- Drive CRM hygiene, stage discipline, and data accuracy in Salesforce and Clari to improve forecast predictability




- Serve as the single point of contact for cross-regional projects, coordinating global initiatives across Field Ops
- Identify coverage gaps, sales velocity roadblocks, and performance risks; partner with RevOps to address issues
- Deliver field enablement and guidance on tools, processes, and sales playbooks to boost adoption
- Collaborate with Strategy Ops, Deal Desk, Enablement, and Data Governance to align global standards with field realities

Requisitos principales
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in fast-paced B2B SaaS
- Proven track record partnering with senior sales leadership to drive pipeline execution and forecast discipline
- Ability to coordinate multi-regional projects as a central contact for global teams
- Advanced technical proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, Tableau, and Confluence
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management; fluent in English
- French proficiency is an asset but not mandatory
