We are looking for an Incoming Quality Engineer to join their team and take ownership of incoming quality control processes, team management, and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Lead the hiring, training, and daily management of the Internal Quality Control (IQC) team Manage incoming quality processes, including inspection planning and execution Ensure effective use of resources (people, equipment, materials, methods) Track, manage, and follow up on incoming quality issues and incidents Support continuous improvement and other quality-related activities Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related fields 3+ years of experience in Quality Management,
