Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FI/CO modules according to client business requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, from blueprinting and realization to go-live and post-go-live support.
- Develop functional specifications for customizations, enhancements, and reports within the SAP FI/CO environment.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training to ensure successful system adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP FI/CO functionalities.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest SAP innovations and industry trends to provide cutting-edge solutions and advice.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.




- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience as a SAP FI/CO functional consultant, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Tax) and CO modules (CCA, PCA, IO, CO-PA).
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, management accounting, and corporate finance processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in English is essential; fluency in Spanish is required.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed, as the role requires a Hybrid working model based in Madrid.
- Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
