Silimed in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a People & Operations Coordinator to support HR operations across the EMEA region. The role focuses on onboarding coordination, employee administration, and KPI tracking to enable scalable growth.

The adecuado candidate brings 8+ years in HR operations within international, multicultural settings, with strong data mindset and proactive problem-solving. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus. This is a hybrid position in Madrid.
