VisionHarbor is a ports, maritime and logistics technology company with offices in Málaga and Abu Dhabi. Our team has designed and operated the digital infrastructure of major container terminals and port groups. We develop VisionOne, a SaaS platform for terminal operations, and provide managed IT, OT, infrastructure and cybersecurity services to organisations across the port and logistics sector.

English and Spanish are both used every day. As an IT Infrastructure & Support Technician, you'll join the VisionHarbor team in Málaga and take responsibility for the operation, support and continuous improvement of IT environments across the company's client portfolio and its own infrastructure.

Administer Windows

Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 Carry out preventive maintenance, including patching, monitoring, health checks and backup verification Apply security baselines and work with our cybersecurity practice on remediation Coordinate with telecom,



hardware and software providers on behalf of clients 3+ years in IT systems administration or infrastructure support Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 Working knowledge of networking: Working knowledge of ITIL service management practices Fluent Spanish and professional working English Experience in ports, logistics, transport or industrial environments Exposure to OT networks or industrial control systems Experience with Linux, virtualisation (VMware/ESXi) or containers (Docker) Familiarity with open-source firewalls and monitoring tools Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Administrator, CCNA, CompTIA Network+ or Security+, or ITIL 4 Foundation A permanent contract with a technology company specialised in ports and logistics We welcome applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender, age, origin, religion, disability or sexual orientation.
