OverviewIn this IT Support Engineer role, you will provide hands-on technical help to end users in our Barcelona office, enabling smooth daily operations.

You'll manage devices, software, and accounts, while collaborating with our technology team to improve IT strategies.

You'll troubleshoot hardware, network, and VPN issues and support company events with multimedia.

You join a diverse, international team focused on secure, scalable IT services that support the business goals.

ResponsabilidadesTrack and troubleshoot laptops/workstations (Mac, Windows, Linux) and peripherals

Administer tools: ServiceDesk, Google Suite, Active Directory, LDAP, Proxmox, Zoom, Slack

Contribute to IT strategy: device/license management, networking, security, SSO





Software deployment and administration

Configure VPN with OpenVPN and SSL certs

Troubleshoot networking (VPN, TCP/IP, WAN/LAN) onsite and remote

Manage backups and documentation on Confluence

Create Jira tasks/subtasks with deadlines

Basic network management: VLANs, DNS, firewall, WiFi, DHCP

Provide multimedia support at company events

Requisitos principalesGSuite expertise

Active Directory experience

Experience with Jira Service Desk or similar ticketing system

OS X/Windows/Linux proficiency

Strong communication in English and Spanish

Experience in IT support in dynamic environments

Willingness to learn
