Your job is to build and scale the AI/ML infrastructure and pipelines that power Aily’s decision intelligence platform
- The AI Platform team is the backbone of Aily’s decision intelligence. We design, build, and operate libraries, tools, and the shared AI/ML infrastructure that enables AI & Data teams to empower business-critical decision-making for our enterprise users

- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines (data→model→deployment→monitoring) autonomously
- Contribute to APIs, tools, and libraries used by more than 100 AI team members daily (including Cloud & LLM Infrastructure and AI-driven features)
- Communicate with your team: present results and findings, identify gaps and opportunities, and learn to explain our product and software/AI behind

Requirements:
Solid AI/ML fundamentals, strong Python, APIs/K8s/Docker/Cloud experience, mentor junior team members on technical topics
- Own complex projects, lead technical initiatives from design to implementation (refactoring, standardization)




- Ensure the quality of your own and your teams’ developments
- Interact with other functions and agree on exchange protocols and architecture design (DevOps, Front End, Data Engineering, Back End, …)
