Experteer Overview In this role you will head the French ticketing entity's accounting and close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance within a fast-growing general platform.

You will partner with the CFO, auditors, and external advisors to deliver timely group reporting, statutory accounts, and robust controls.

You'll drive integration and Mu*amp;A accounting efforts, and support management with insightful reporting.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at a high-growth company shaping the future of live entertainment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close for the French ticketing entity and supervise team members • Deliver group reporting and reconcile statutory accounts with IFRS reporting under French GAAP • Serve as main point of contact for statutory and group auditors and prepare audit files • Coordinate with external advisors on tax and compliance, providing reliable data • Support management reporting with analytical insights and ensure ledger-management alignment • Execute acquisition analysis, map acquired charts of accounts to group standards,



and manage Day-1 readiness • Develop and maintain the Integration playbook and strengthen internal controls across entities • Book-keeping of monthly transactions and ensure correct coding; reconcile monthly revenues with payment processors • Approve large financial transactions and support various accounting improvement projects • Manage relationships with external accounting service providers to maintain accuracy and agility Responsabilidades • 5-7 years of experience, including at least 3 years in Big Four (audit or transaction services) • Hands-on experience with French statutory closings and audits • Strong command of French GAAP and IFRS;

experience with business combinations and purchase price allocation • Experience with chart of accounts mapping and group reporting • Native or bilingual French and professional English; Spanish is a plus • Leadership experience coordinating a team and working with external advisors/auditors • Advanced Excel;
