You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape core systems, progression, and meta-game structures while protecting quality and innovation.

You'll mentor the design team, align with stakeholders, and help drive a AAA-level experience in a dynamic, international studio.

ResponsabilidadesDefine and execute the overall game vision with stakeholders and leads

Direct tone, gameplay, and meta structure to foster innovation and a strong AA experience

Lead the design team for cohesive player experiences across the game

Coordinate with level design to ensure mechanic-progression synergies





Anticipate and mitigate threats to quality and innovation

Foster collaboration with Art, UI, Tech, Online, Data, Audio, Production, HR

Allocate and plan resources and roadmap with managers and producers

Participate in recruitment of game designers

Requisitos principales6+ years in game design with lead or principal roles

Released at least two titles as lead/principal/senior designer

Experience with PC/Console action genres (e.g., sports, racing, combat, shooters, open world)

Prototyping experience with Unity or Unreal

Proficiency in meta-game progression, balancing, UI/UX, level design, and narrative

Strong communication and leadership skills

Up-to-date knowledge of gaming market and trends

Ability to maintain creative strategy while allowing modifications

Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Figma

Fluent in English proficient communication leadership collaboration
