What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Logistics Manager to join our team and help improve our data and operational efficiency. You’ll play a key role in analyzing, interpreting, and optimizing processes to meet company goals, ensuring vehicle transfers are executed correctly and our customers receive a quality service.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee driver trips and ensure they are completed in line with the terms and conditions.
- Manage day-to-day operations to guarantee quality service for customers and drivers.
- Act as operational owner for assigned clients and track their service levels.
- Recruit, onboard, and ensure the quality of the network of independent drivers in your area, in compliance with the terms and conditions and the Rider Law (ley rider).
- Control reimbursable expenses (fuel, tolls), manage claims with the insurer, and monitor margin per trip.




- Support the rollout of the SaaS / car-carrier solution with customers who move vehicles with their own drivers.
- Monitor operational KPIs and analyze them to generate insights on the operation.
- Handle key incidents and define the processes needed to resolve them.
- Create and review operational processes and routines to improve internal operations and the customer experience.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in operations.
- 1 year of experience in customer service and 1 year in application support.
- KPI- and data-driven decision making; analysis in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong sense of ownership and autonomy in solving problems.
- Stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
- Completed degree, or in final year, in a field related to the role.
- Basic English is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel / Google Sheets, and Google Workspace; experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus.
