Experteer Overview In this role you will design, implement and refine Large Language Models using quantum-inspired techniques to power Multiverse's AI products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed models into CompactifAI and Singularity, driving performance and practicality. You will evaluate models, optimize accuracy and efficiency, and contribute to cutting-edge LLM/NLP research.

This is a chance to shape AI at the intersection of quantum computing and enterprise applications. Compensaciones / Incentivos • Design and develop new quantum-inspired techniques to compress Large Language Models for diverse use cases • Evaluate and benchmark model performance; tune LLMs for accuracy, robustness and efficiency • Build LLM-based applications such as RAG and AI agents • Assess model strengths/weaknesses and propose enhancements • Serve as a domain expert on LLMs to identify opportunities for quantum AI-driven innovation • Train and deliver custom deep learning models for clients • Explore non-LLM areas like computer vision • Maintain thorough documentation of development processes,



experiments and results • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing • Participate in code reviews and stay updated with LLM advances Responsabilidades • 5+ years designing, training or fine-tuning deep learning models (transformers or CV) • 5+ years using transformer models with libraries such as HuggingFace Transformers, Accelerate, Datasets • Strong mathematical foundations and understanding of deep learning • Proficiency in Python and libraries (PyTorch, HuggingFace) • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS), Docker, and deploying AI in cloud environments • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, performance analysis, test design and documentation • Strong communication and collaboration in fast-paced teams • Publications in DL or related fields are a plus • Fluent in English Requisitos principales • Indefinite contract • Equal pay guaranteed • Variable performance bonus • Signing bonus • Hybrid opportunity • Flexible working hours
