This is a key leadership role for a professional who combines strategic thinking, strong people management, and commercial drive to deliver results while building and developing a high-performing team.Your MissionAs Sales Area Manager, you will lead the commercial strategy and execution in your region, ensuring business growth, strong customer relationships, and outstanding team performance. Key AccountabilitiesLead, coach and develop a team of Key Account Managers and Sales Application Specialists

- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and operating income objectives
- Monitor performance, analyse market trends and implement corrective actions when needed




- Participate in budget preparation and strategic planning
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Business Units, Technical Service, Logistics and Contracting teams
- Foster a high-performance culture based on collaboration, ethics and customer focus.

Experience inIVD / Diagnostics (preferred), Medical Devices or the Healthcare sector;

Experience leading sales teams

- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Comfortable working with digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SAP)
