Having validated their business model and built a super strong presence in Southern Europe, they are now shifting into high gear: international expansion.As the Head of Sales for the UK, you will be the main driver and face of this expansion.

Initially, you will operate as a high-level individual contributor: rolling up your sleeves, understanding the local market dynamics, and closing key strategic deals. You will work hand in hand with company leadership to establish the commercial footprint and build strong foundations in the UK.Drive full-cycle B2B sales operations targeting vehicle dealerships across the UK, from early outreach to final sign-off.Execute consultative sales strategies tailored to small, mid-size,



and multi-location dealership groups.Share real-time market insights with product teams back at HQ to continuously refine the commercial pitch.Must-HavesNative-level English speaker with deep commercial understanding of the UK market, through past work experience or living in the UK.Full legal right to reside and work in Spain (EU citizenship, Irish passport, or valid Spanish work visa). Proven track record running full-cycle B2B SaaS sales processes.Based in or ready to relocate to Madrid, with fluent English and at least B1/B2 Spanish to connect smoothly with team members at HQ.Nice-to-HavesPrevious experience in market expansion, launching new territories, or building new commercial verticals.Background selling software into the automotive or vehicle dealership sector.
