About the Role
Our client, a leader in industrial operations, is seeking an experienced Responsable de Limpieza Industrial y Mantenimiento Preventivo to join their team remotely. This role is vital for ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of industrial facilities through robust cleaning programs and proactive maintenance strategies. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing industrial cleaning protocols, managing the maintenance schedules for specialized cleaning equipment, and ensuring compliance with all industrial safety and environmental regulations. As this position is fully remote, you will leverage digital platforms to coordinate with site managers, maintenance teams, and suppliers, conduct virtual inspections, and analyze performance data. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive industrial cleaning strategies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Design and manage preventative maintenance schedules for all industrial cleaning equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all **health, safety**, and environmental regulations pertinent to industrial cleaning and maintenance.
- Conduct remote risk assessments for cleaning operations and identify potential hazards.
- Oversee the procurement and management of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and specialized equipment.
- Coordinate with on-site teams and facility managers to ensure smooth execution of cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
- Analyze cleaning performance data and generate reports to identify areas for efficiency improvements.
- Train and provide guidance to on-site personnel regarding cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
- Stay updated on the latest industrial cleaning technologies and maintenance best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial cleaning management, facility maintenance, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in industrial cleaning techniques, hazardous material handling, and waste management.
- Strong understanding of preventative maintenance principles and practices for industrial machinery.
