Experteer Overview In this role you will lead financial governance across CAPEX/OPEX, budgeting, forecasting, and year-end processes to support disciplined financial management.

You will partner with IT, business, and regional teams to ensure accurate dashboards, KPIs, and transparent executive reporting.

You will drive portfolio governance for key initiatives and enable faster, data-driven decisions through risk analysis and scenario planning.

You will promote new governance routines, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing to scale delivery performance and financial control.

Compensaciones / Incentivos • Oversee financial governance including CAPEX/OPEX steering, budget tracking, forecasting, and year-end landing • Manage invoice processing, GR processes, vendor follow-up, and financial control routines • Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor financial, operational, and delivery performance • Coordinate portfolio governance across business-critical initiatives (Marketing, Digital, Data, SNU, IT delivery) • Engage cross-functional stakeholders across IT, business, finance, regional teams, Du*A, architecture, and external partners • Drive adoption of new governance routines, models, or operating practices across distributed teams • Lead continuous improvement efforts including root-cause analysis, corrective actions,



and process automation or simplification • Communicate complex topics clearly to executives, translating operational/financial data into actionable insights • Support knowledge-sharing routines, playbooks, training content, or learning programs (nice-to-have) Responsabilidades • Strong experience in financial governance including CAPEX/OPEX steering, budgeting, forecasting, and year-end landing • Solid understanding of invoice management, GR processes, vendor follow-up, and financial control routines • Ability to build and maintain dashboards and KPIs for financial, operational, and delivery performance • Experience in portfolio governance across IT delivery environments or similar domains • Analytical skills to assess risks, opportunities, and scenarios for decision support • Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across IT, business, finance, regional teams, Du*A, architecture, and external partners • Proven ability to drive adoption of new governance models and routines across distributed teams • Experience in continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and process simplification/automation • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to leadership Requisitos principales •
