We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) specialized in Odoo ERP to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis Engage with business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into functional specifications.Document business requirements, use cases, and user stories. Ensure alignment of system functionality with business processes. Testing & Validation Define acceptance criteria and support QA/testing activities.Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business stakeholders.Ensure data consistency and accuracy during migration.

Management & Training Support end-users with documentation, manuals, and training sessions.Promote adoption and address resistance by demonstrating business value.Act as a key point of contact between IT and business units.Monitor system performance and gather user feedback post-implementation.3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Odoo experience required). Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Sales, HR, Inventory, Procurement, and Manufacturing.Experience with ERP implementation life cycle (from design to go-live). Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or Odoo Studio is a plus.Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
