FabricAir is looking for an experienced and highly dependable Office Manager to support our Spanish organisation.The individual tasks may be very different in nature, but together they are important to the smooth running of our Spanish operation.The position is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, normally distributed across four weekdays.Your roleAs Office Manager, you will be a trusted point of contact for a wide range of administrative and operational matters.Your responsibilities span the day-to-day running of the office and coordination with external service providers, as well as finance-related administration such as customer invoicing and documentation, payment follow-up, banking matters and expense documentation.The role also includes local HR administration and employee documentation, insurance and compliance-related administration, and practical coordination around deliveries, suppliers and other business needs.You do not need to be an accountant,
