We are currently recruiting a Construction Planning Intern to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. * Update project schedules in MS Project on a weekly basis, incorporating progress reported by contractors and Project Managers.
* Review Excel reports to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting requirements.
* Coordinate with the IT department to ensure the correct functioning of Power BI dashboards and follow up on any reported issues.
* Support Project Managers in developing and maintaining project schedules, including milestones, dependencies, and key activities.
* Assist with project progress tracking and reporting to support the Construction Management team. Education and Certifications
* Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Engineering. Experience and Technical Skills
* MS Project:



Essential. Ability to create and update project schedules, define milestones, and manage dependencies.
* Excel: Essential. Advanced proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
* Power BI: Knowledge of dashboards and reporting tools is an advantage.
* Microsoft Teams: Familiarity with collaboration and communication tools is an advantage.
* AI Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude is an advantage.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet recurring weekly deadlines.
* Proactive approach and ability to work independently as familiarity with processes develops.
* Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with Project Managers and IT teams.
