* Lead the monthly closing process and ensure accurate financial reporting.
* Prepare monthly management accounts including P&L;, Balance Sheet and supporting analysis.
* Develop annual budgets, forecasts and long‐term business plans.
* Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage treasury activities.
* Coordinate banking relationships, guarantees and financial facilities.
* Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
* Support tax compliance and liaise with external advisors.




* Drive financial performance analysis and provide recommendations to management.
