Your Impact: The core of this role is leading a transformation and building a highperformance culture We are looking for a Culture Architect who can raise the bar address underperformance with transparency and ensure the teamthe face of ITtakes pride in setting and meeting clear standards Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure Strategy amp; Engineering Own the technical roadmap for Bussiness Infrastructure ensuring scalability reliability and security Lead the design implementation and continuous evolution of infrastructure platforms and core business services Promote engineering best practices standardization and automation across the infrastructure ecosystem Operational Excellence Ensure the availability stability and performance of infrastructure services Drive continuous service improvements through proactive problem management and operational excellence Lead major technical incidents and coordinate complex troubleshooting activities when required Automation amp; Innovation Continuously identify opportunities to automate infrastructure operations and reduce manual effort Promote Infrastructure as Code selfservice capabilities and AIdriven operational improvements Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation across the infrastructure landscape Promote AI usage self tool development etc Technical Leadership Lead mentor and develop a highperforming team of infrastructure engineers Foster ownership accountability collaboration and technical excellence Support the growth of future technical leaders within the team through coaching and mentoring Crossfunctional Collaboration Act as the technical bridge between SDOPS Platform and other GITOPS teams Collaborate closely with architecture security networking and engineering teams to ensure technical alignment Contribute to crossteam initiatives governance forums and technical decisionmaking Business Enablement Translate business and operational needs into robust technical solutions Ensure infrastructure services enable business growth while maintaining operational stability Help improve the employee technology experience through reliable and modern infrastructure services What you need to succeed: Good to have Bring your unique perspective speak up and offer disruptive solutions Youll have the opportunity to learn and grow while making a real impact on our team Heres what you need to succeed: Strategic Toolkit: 5 years in a leadership role within IT Operations or Service Management Team Builder: Demonstrated ability to build and lead highperforming crossfunctional teams in an Agile environment Strong Communication Skills: Excellent ability to articulate complex operational strategies and results to technical and nontechnical stakeholders across all organizational levels Proven Leader: Experience with budget management and driving improvement in fastpaced digital environments DataFluent: Exceptionally strong analytically comfortable finding the so what behind data Drive amp; Accountability: Demonstrates a high level of responsibility and determination to achieve ambitious operational and strategic objectives Language: Fluent English level Preferred Qualifications Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as GitHub Copilot ChatGPT or other AIpowered coding assistants Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore experiment with and integrate emerging AIdriven solutions into software development workflows AIEnhanced Problem Solving:
