Experteer Overview Lead cloud-native engineering to design, deploy and operate multi-cloud Kubernetes platforms across AWS and Azure.

You'll drive GitOps-based delivery, IaC-driven resource management, and secure, scalable operations while collaborating with engineering teams to optimize cloud-native applications.

This role offers hands-on work with cutting-edge Kubernetes ecosystems and a chance to shape platform reliability at scale.

You will be pivotal in delivering resilient, observable, and secure cloud infrastructure that supports mission-critical workloads.

Compensaciones / Ventajas • Design and maintain production Kubernetes clusters on EKS and AKS across environments • Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD for declarative delivery • Develop Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Helm/Helmfile • Enhance observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch; implement monitoring and alerts • Apply security best practices: RBAC, network policies, secret management • Manage Kubernetes add-ons (Argo Workflows, Argo Rollouts, cert-manager, CSI drivers, autoscalers) • Troubleshoot distributed systems across compute, network,
