**As a ROC Technical Lead, you support the safe and efficient operation of advanced offshore wind assets from a remote operations center. You play a key role across both commissioning and service phases, helping ensure turbines perform reliably throughout their lifecycle.
Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions
+ Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
+ Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance
+ Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities
+ Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with occasional on-call support during weekends and public holidays
