Requisitos principalesSeven+ years in industrial automation projects, technical sales, consulting, business development or strategic account management

Technical background in industrial automation, control systems or related engineering discipline

Working knowledge of PLC/RTU modernization, DCS/SCADA, ESD and industrial software; familiarity with open/software-defined automation

Knowledge of Level 3 and optimization apps (OTS, APC, MES, Batch) is a plus

Awareness of industrial cybersecurity and NIS2, with ability to discuss secure OT architectures

Experience developing value propositions, commercial strategies and account plans; strong negotiation skills

Proven ability to communicate across operations, engineering and executive levels; multidisciplinary team coordination

Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese valued; CRM (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft 365 experience; comfort with AI productivity tools

Willingness to travel across Spain and Portugal
