OverviewIn this role, you will deploy Fortra software solutions in the field, working with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure successful implementations.

You will build partnerships, drive project success, and adapt to diverse environments while traveling and sometimes delivering formal training.

The position emphasizes technical mastery, effective communication, and a consultative approach to deliver customer value and project outcomes.

This is a hands-on role with focus on deployment, integration, and service delivery at scale.

ResponsabilidadesDemonstrate technical mastery of at least one product or specialization (e.g., API integrations, NERC/CIP delivery, information systems security)

Develop custom scripts, utilities, and integrations to meet customer requirements

Gather and document infrastructure and technical requirements; create deployment procedures for customer environments

Provide timely project status updates to internal teams and customers





Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues impacting customers

Deliver professional services and support both remotely and onsite

Partner with the PMO to define project scope, goals, and deliverables; report on progress

Maintain minimum 65% billable utilization and support revenue objectives

Refine business analysis processes to improve efficiency and outcomes

Perform other duties as assigned

Requisitos principales2+ years of experience in Consulting, Customer Success, Services Coordination, Support or Training

Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences

Solid problem-solving skills; good aptitude for troubleshooting

Fundamental understanding of network connectivity, web interfaces, endpoint management and software deployment

Experience managing external stakeholders through conflict resolution

Proactive, adaptable, and receptive to feedback

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail communication proactivity adaptability
