Experteer Overview In this role, you drive the strategic finance direction for Glovo's growing Q-Commerce channel, partnering with central finance to shape profitability and planning.

You own end-to-end projects, from masterplans to multi-year planning, and you partner with country leadership to translate analytics into actions.

You will balance growth with a sustainable business model and present analyses to senior management.

This position blends finance and strategy to accelerate Q-Commerce while supporting cross-functional execution.





Compensaciones / Incentivos • Understand Glovo's economic model and Q-Commerce Pu****L in partnership with central finance • Identify and implement profitability improvement initiatives across countries with QC Commercial and Operations • Serve as primary finance/strategy contact for local stakeholders and coordinate with teams • Own end-to-end projects (masterplan, BP process, profitability plans for underperforming countries, 5-year QC planning) and present to senior management • Manage the Business Plan and reforecast process • Lead strategic analyses (competitor benchmarking, revamp of partner ads) • Build cross-functional partnerships, especially with country leadership and central finance Responsabilidades • Strong analytical abilities • Understanding of accounting and corporate finance • Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills • Detail-oriented with big-picture mindset • Interest in commercial elements of Glovo Q-Commerce and scaling a fast-growing vertical Requisitos principales •
