: This is a systems-level role requiring a strong hardware background and prior experience in the following areas: ·

- Design of complex high-speed digital circuit card assemblies, including PCIe ·
- Leading and mentoring junior engineers ·
- Supporting testing and troubleshooting of systems, modules, and sub-assemblies, working closely with program engineering teams ·
- Collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and other teams to drive root cause analysis and defect resolution ·
- Driving improvements in product and test design to reduce cost, improve yield, and increase throughput ·
- Creating and reviewing technical documentation such as test procedures, drawings, specifications, reports, and ECOs ·
- Interfacing with government customers and suppliers as needed ·
- Providing training and support to technicians and manufacturing teams ·
- Supporting Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities ·
