Experiencia demostrable de al menos 4 años en la gestión y/o diseño de proyectos de energía solar fotovoltaica. Conocimientos sólidos en tecnologías fotovoltaicas, inversores, estructuras y sistemas de conexión a red.

Experiencia en el uso de software de diseño solar (ej. PVsyst, AutoCAD).

Habilidades demostradas en gestión de proyectos (planificación, control de costes, gestión de riesgos). Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma,



organizada y proactiva en un entorno remoto.

Se valorará experiencia internacional o en proyectos de gran escala. Dominio del español;

se valorará el inglés. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in the design and engineering of utility-scale and/or commercial solar PV projects.

Proficiency in solar design software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVSyst, Helioscope) is essential. Strong understanding of electrical systems, grid integration, and energy storage solutions. Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
