Commercial Performance Management

Steer business performance. Monitor and interpret the key performance drivers of the loans business. Identify risks, opportunities and emerging trends through data and analysis. Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders' teams (Risk, Finance, Pricing, Data, Marketing, Technology, etc...). These are some of the qualities that we value the most for this role. Master or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.

Experience working in agile and cross-functional environments.

Desempeñarás un papel clave en la definición del futuro de Consumer Lending, combinando un profundo conocimiento de las personas clientes, estrategia de negocio y experiencia en préstamos.

Estrategia de Negocio y Valor para el Cliente: Ayudar a definir la futura de los préstamos al consumo. Evaluar oportunidades mediante business cases y recomendaciones basadas en datos.





Gestión del Rendimiento Comercial: Identificar riesgos, oportunidades y tendencias emergentes mediante datos y análisis. Colaborar eficazmente con todos los equipos stakeholder (Riesgos, Finanzas, Pricing, Datos, Marketing, Tecnología, etc).

Formación Grado o máster en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía, Matemáticas, Ingeniería o un área relacionada.

Experiencia Más de 5 años de experiencia relevante en la capacidad de producto, la gestión de negocio, la estrategia, la consultoría o la analítica. Sólido conocimiento del sector bancario, valorándose especialmente la experiencia en Consumer Lending.

Experiencia: trabajar en entornos ágiles y multifuncionales.

Habilidades y Competencias Orientación al cliente y pasión por crear valor significativo para las personas clientes. Capacidad de trabajo autónoma y proactiva, con habilidad para identificar oportunidades y resolver problemas complejos de forma independiente. Espíritu de equipo, fomentando activamente la colaboración y contribuyendo a un entorno de alto rendimiento.

Persona curiosa, apasionada y con ganas de aprender continuamente y desafiar el status quo. Nivel alto de inglés imprescindible.
