Experteer Overview In this role you will strengthen the second-line risk management, compliance and internal controls across Asset Management and, progressively, Equities.

You will translate regulatory requirements into practical controls, work with investment teams and governance bodies, and help safeguard the firm's regulatory and risk framework.

You will impact risk oversight for multiple asset classes and contribute to group-wide governance and reporting.

Compensaciones / Incentivos • Identify, assess, monitor and report fund and portfolio risks (credit, market, liquidity, operational) • Monitor portfolios against mandates, risk appetite and policies; escalate exceptions • Support private markets risk assessment for illiquid investments (private equity, direct lending, infra, renewables) • Monitor liquidity, leverage, stress tests,



cash flows and refinancing exposures • Assist valuation governance and challenge material assumptions • Prepare risk reporting for risk committees and governance bodies • Support AIFMD compliance and local Spain implementation • Monitor fund controls against documents and policies; escalate breaches • Oversee delegation/outsourcing, conflicts of interest and cross-fund investments • Assist MiFID II/MiFIR compliance, best execution reviews and market conduct controls • Support governance reviews, risk/control inventories and risk-based testing • Assist regulatory reporting and interactions with authorities (CNMV) • Contribute to governance, reporting and cross-entity coordination • Monitor regulatory developments and implement practical impacts • Support internal/external audits and regulatory examinations Responsabilidades • At least three years of relevant experience in Risk Management, Compliance or internal control • Experience applying AIFMD and/or MiFID requirements • Knowledge of investment products, fund structures or capital-markets services • Experience identifying control weaknesses and remediation • Ability to engage with investment teams and senior stakeholders • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills Requisitos principales •
