Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor About the Company Our client operates in the real estate and home improvement industry, specialising in bathroom remodelling. They are looking for an experienced Dutch-speaking High-Ticket Sales Closer to join their sales team and convert qualified prospects into customers. Working directly with prospective customers through video sales calls, you'll be responsible for building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing high-value deals.





This is an opportunity for a confident sales professional who knows how to create trust, communicate value, and consistently deliver results in a performance-driven environment. Conduct approximately 4-5 video sales calls per day with qualified prospects who have booked and attended their appointments Handle a target of approximately 45 qualified showed sales calls per month Convert qualified prospects into customers, targeting an average of 1-2 direct sales per day Apply culturally sensitive communication and closing techniques when engaging with Dutch-speaking customers Maintain accurate sales activity and follow-ups using the company's systems Fluent in both Dutch and English (essential) Proven experience in sales, particularly cold calling and direct sales Demonstrable high-ticket sales and closing experience Ability to adapt communication and closing techniques to different customer personalities and cultural backgrounds Comfortable conducting video sales calls and working towards daily sales and revenue targets Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Slack, and Google Meet Previous experience in real estate or property-related sales Benefits Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams Connect with high-performing sales professionals in our network
