and own sales enablement and operations projects from opportunity identification to stakeholder coordination and impact measurement • Transform onboarding into a high-impact, metric-driven system reducing time-to-productivity for new hires • Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure ROI of enablement initiatives on sales velocity and conversion Responsabilidades • 5+ years of relevant experience including 3+ years in operations, strategy consulting, or finance • Experience with B2B sales, sales enablement, and development/implementation of enablement programmes • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to identify opportunities and solve problems • Expertise in building, implementing, and improving processes as a business scales • Bias for action with ability to break down complex problems and drive solutions forward • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills Requisitos principales •
