At Human Talent Connection , we are looking for a Sales Executive / Key Account Manager with experience in Contract Catering, Catering or Facility Services to join a leading multinational company in the sector.

We are looking for a strong hunter profile , experienced in acquiring new clients and developing new business opportunities through consultative B2B service sales.

? Location: Madrid

? Permanent contract

? Remote work: 1 day per week

? Company car + fuel card

✈️ Availability for occasional business travel within Spain

¿What will you do?

- Proactively prospect and acquire new clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Contract Catering and related services .
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity development through negotiation and contract closing.
- Engage with key decision-makers in Procurement, HR, Facility Management, General Services and Senior Management .
- Identify client needs and develop tailored service solutions.
- Prepare commercial and financial proposals.
- Analyse costs, margins and profitability of business opportunities.
- Manage and monitor the sales pipeline and business opportunities.





¿What are we looking for? At least 3–5 years of B2B sales experience .

Previous experience in Contract Catering, Catering, Facility Services or similar corporate services .

Proven experience in new client acquisition and business development (hunter profile) .

Experience in consultative service sales , preferably involving medium to long sales cycles.

Fluent English / C1 level , used in a professional environment.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills , particularly pivot tables, formulas, cost and margin analysis, and financial proposals.

Ability to understand and work with P&L; statements, business profitability and financial models .

Valid driving licence and confidence driving regularly.

Availability for occasional business travel within Spain.
