You'll nurture contractor relationships, grow existing accounts, and shift the team toward proactive business development while maintaining timely quotes and service.

Requisitos principales5+ years of sales management experience in metal manufacturing

Contractor-market experience and sales leadership

Ability to grow California markets and expand into national western states

Tech savvy with MS Office; Excel and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred

Ability to build relationships with customers and all levels of employees leadership and coaching customer relationship management cross-functional collaboration
